Shells of Hope teams up with Stone Harbor Property Owners Association for 2025 Harbor Hustle 5K/1M on June 22nd.

To support children battling cancer, Shells of Hope is co-hosting the Harbor Hustle in Stone Harbor NJ with SHPOA. The Harbor Hustle is an annual 5K or 1M run, or 1M walk which will take place on June 22, 2025 at 7:30 am to 10:00 am in Stone Harbor, starting at the 95th street life guard shack along First Avenue. This is the 3rd Annual Harbor Hustle, which has grown to over 400 participates this year. This year, Shells of Hope, nonprofit 501(c)(3), is co-hosting the event for the first time. Shells of Hope founder and Board member Grace Martin expressed her excitement about this partnership with SHPOA: "What a magnificent event and opportunity for everyone to participate in a great community event, and raise money for such a worthy cause. Since only 4% of government funds for cancer research goes to childhood cancer, we must find ways like this to support new therapies and cures for these kids. And Harbor Hustle will be both fun for everyone and will support that goal." All proceeds of the Harbor Hustle will go to Shells of Hope which supports brain cancer Car-T cell cancer research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
